Mr. Hinal Patel, B.Sc, Adv.Dip.Business, Dip.Management

Mr. Hinal Patel holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and has furthered his academic journey in Australia by obtaining an Advanced Diploma of Business and a Diploma of Management. With over 16 years of diverse experience spanning education consulting, business development, and property development, Mr. Patel has established himself as a versatile and forward-thinking professional.

Driven by a passion for innovation, he is particularly focused on the integration of Artificial Intelligence into education and business management. His vision is to revolutionize learning systems by creating efficient AI-powered applications that make education more affordable and accessible for all. Mr. Patel continues to be a strong advocate for using technology to bridge educational gaps and empower individuals globally.

  • With over 32 years of experience in education, Dilshan Fernando has established himself as a trailblazer in the industry. A Monash University graduate and postgraduate of The University of Melbourne, he holds a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma of Education. Dilshan’s extensive career spans roles such as CEO of many VET institutions, Head of Science, Head of Physics, Head of Mathematics, and union representative. He has also contributed as a Consultative Committee Member, presenter at VCE teacher conferences, and an active member of the Victorian Institute of Teaching, the Science Teachers Association of Victoria, and the Mathematics Association of Victoria.
  • Dilshan’s vision for Easy to Access Pty Ltd is to position it as a premier service provider in Victoria, Australia, delivering high-quality solutions that blend innovation with practicality.

Awards and Community Contributions

Dilshan’s commitment to education and community development has earned him prestigious accolades from both Australian and Sri Lankan governments. He is a founding member of the Australia Sri Lanka Medical Aid Team (AUSLMAT), which has contributed nearly $5 million in medical resources to Sri Lankan hospitals since the 2004 tsunami. Recognitions include:

  • Overseas Humanitarian Services Medal (2006): From the Australian Prime Minister for his contributions to AUSLMAT.
  • Multicultural Award for Excellence (2010): Honoring his work in advancing cultural diversity in education and employment in Victoria.

Vocational Education and Training Expertise

Dilshan has extensive experience in VET compliance, higher education compliance, VCE education compliance, registration audits, and course accreditation. He has successfully managed:

  • Staff training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implementation of learning management systems (LMS), assessment validation, and monitoring.
  • Development of an innovative global teaching platform integrating AI for assessments, live training, and cloud storage, reducing operational costs by up to 50%.
