These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Easy to Access (E2A) Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an Affiliate (“Agent”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following:

1. Eligibility

1.1. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

1.2. Participation is open to individuals and businesses located in Australia.

1.3. E2A reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Code & Tracking

2.1. Each Affiliate will be provided with a unique barcode/affiliate code.

2.2. Commissions will only be paid on purchases made using the Affiliate’s unique code.

2.3. Affiliates are responsible for correctly using and sharing their code.

3. Commission & Payments

3.1. Affiliates will earn $25 per subject KIT purchased through their unique code.

3.2. Commission payments are made monthly, within 14 business days of the end of each month.

3.3. Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal, as specified in the Affiliate’s application.

3.4. There is no cap on commission earnings.

3.5. Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any tax obligations that arise from their earnings.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1. Affiliates must promote E2A honestly and ethically.

4.2. Affiliates must not engage in misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.

4.3. Affiliates must not use spam, unauthorized email campaigns, or prohibited advertising methods.

4.4. Affiliates agree not to misrepresent themselves as employees or representatives of E2A.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use their own affiliate code for personal purchases.
• Use paid advertising that misuses the E2A brand name without permission.
• Promote the program through illegal, offensive, or inappropriate channels.

6. Termination

6.1. E2A reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

6.2. On termination, unpaid commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid.

7. Liability

7.1. E2A will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income beyond commissions earned.

7.2. Participation in the Program is at the Affiliate’s own risk.

8. Amendments

8.1. E2A may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

8.2. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Affiliate portal.

9. Agreement

By joining the E2A Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
